I've tried everything. I've done a Ideal Protein twice. Jenny Craig twice, weight watchers more times than I would admit. Then as soon as I get that little bit of freedom, then that to me is an invitation to eat. So I decided that I'm not that person who can have one bite of mashed potato or a one French fry. And for some reason this program, I don't know how, but I don't have those cravings. I can smell apotato chip now and I don't feel the need to go put my hand in the bag
