1 : 1 Coaching
Our 1-to-1 coaching is our secret sauce; it’s what (we believe) keeps people accountable and where we offer the most value.
Weekly and In-person
Weekly, in-person coaching sessions help you stay focused on your weight loss goal, whatever that may be.
You’ll get to use a high-tech scale that measures numerous body composition data points. And we’ll talk through the numbers with you every week, so you can understand what they mean and relate them to how your body is transforming as you go through the program. You’ll quickly learn the numbers that confirm you’re losing body fat and not muscle mass, for instance.




Tailored Support
We are anything but a one-size-fits-all program. We don’t have a point tracking system, either! Our program is individualized to you – to your lifestyle and personality type. We work with you to design the program that fits your needs and goals.
We know weight loss is personal and emotional. We also know the more we talk with you about how to overcome your specific challenges, the more committed you will be. Our middle name is “flexible,” well, not literally, but we are flexible in being able to accommodate any lifestyle.

If you’re a businessperson who travels a lot, you have long days that involve entertaining clients, rushing through breakfasts and lunches at conferences, and probably finding yourself at bars to keep the schmoozing alive.
You can encounter pressure to drink alcohol. You may have the best intentions to use the hotel fitness room or get to a gym, but your schedule isn’t always flexible enough to get a workout in. You stress about being away from your family.
We know that for you, eating out less isn’t an option and that your schedule has a mind of its own. We have the perfect on-the-go solutions so you can eat delicious and healthy snacks while you’re in the airport or car, and can help you navigate any restaurant menu so that you can eat (and drink) confidently with clients.



We’re not being chauvinistic here, working mothers who have tried various diets and numerous fitness classes without lasting results, are a large part of the population.
On the go from the moment you get up, you’re always taking care of someone, and many times you’re prioritizing others over yourself. You’re shuffling kids here and there, and sometimes need to shortcut meal prep (sometimes with drive-thru fast food) to fit everything into a day.
