Kiley G. is an Awaken180° weight loss coach who has spent her life passionate about fitness and health — and has built her strongest, most confident self since joining the team.
“Fitness and health have been my passion since I was a little girl. I’ve spent years moving, learning, and experimenting with the foods that fuel my best body, mind, and soul. Although I’ve always been fit and health-oriented, I’ve dropped more body fat and built my strongest body since working here — and I have more confidence and security than ever.
I love helping others feel happy and healthy, and teaching them to control what they can control. The only thing guaranteed in our lives is our daily choice to improve or not. Helping clients feel secure and at peace with their health and their body is my priority.”
