I am on plan and progressing nicely.I also want to take a moment to recognize your Senior Consultant, Cailie Besaw. I cannot say enough good things about her. On a scale of 1 to 10, she is a 15. Her knowledge, demeanor, and ability to answer questions are all excellent. She keeps me on track and consistently takes the time to address any questions I have.I would strongly recommend her for a management role someday — she is a true asset to your team.Thank you for the great support!Mark

I have been on the “At home” program, and have a tremendous coach. Janice is tops, I cannot say enough good about her. Her knowledge, and support are beyond words.

I’ve been working with Kiley for a little over 5 weeks and its been life changing for me. I have lost over 30 lbs so far and feel great and energized. The weekly coaching sessions with Kiley have been great, she has been very supportive and especially helpful with helping introducing new food options for me that I wouldn’t normally eat. I dont have the craving I used to for the unhealthy foods I used to eat!! I cant thank her and the whole Newton Team enough!

Down 30 pounds in 47 days! Just went under 200 lbs for the first time in 40 years! Joe and the team at the Quincy MA location are great to work with. The plan was also much more affordable than I was expecting. Simply stated this really works! Thanks

Just finished my first week…from 257 to 248 lbs…I was a heavy soda drinker and we will see what effect that had, but with working out a little, I do feel a lot better…got another 11 weeks to go and it will probably be difficult at times, but I’m looking at the long term and getting my weight at a respectable number…anyway, so far so good

Diet has been successful for me, but my wife has struggled with maintenance. Staff was professional and enjoyable to work with. Still is completely dependent on self-discipline, but the introduction of new foods and approach to meals is very helpful. Disappointed in lack of availability of certain products. Program is expensive.

Great weight loss program. As with any effort, nothing is easy but the team at awaken 180 educates, coaches, trouble shoots and works with you to keep the efforts and weight loss on track. Thank you Awaken 180 team .

It was great to get a detailed analysis with further tips for success after my first week on the program . Christian was very helpful and responsive !

This program has been life changingAt 60 ,morbidly obese, and looking at having to have two total knee replacements life was overwhelming. I couldn’t imagine how my life was going to turn for the worst.I started on the program and began to see changes immediately first in Weight Loss numbers and then how I was feeling. The numbers continuedto change not only what I could see but what the science tells you ! my visceral fat was getting lower every month!I’ve been able to put off getting the total knee replacement because of how much the pain has been reduced(I know I will eventually need it but for now I’m putting it off as long as possible.)I finally reached goal and was anxious about the next phase of my life. With the coaches at Awaken 180 guiding me through the nuances of maintenance, it has been a breeze.It’s been around than two years since I’ve reached maintenance. And I’m still keeping it off.
