As a personal trainer for 27 years, I would always tell clients to be balanced. And I would say food and exercise get away from other things you like and need to do. Work, friends, family time, etc. I tried to take my own advice, but I realized when I got to that point where the doctor said brought up blood pressure, I realized I need to reset the diet aspect of my balance.
