I’ve been working with Kiley for a little over 5 weeks and its been life changing for me. I have lost over 30 lbs so far and feel great and energized. The weekly coaching sessions with Kiley have been great, she has been very supportive and especially helpful with helping introducing new food options for me that I wouldn’t normally eat. I dont have the craving I used to for the unhealthy foods I used to eat!! I cant thank her and the whole Newton Team enough!

Just finished my first week…from 257 to 248 lbs…I was a heavy soda drinker and we will see what effect that had, but with working out a little, I do feel a lot better…got another 11 weeks to go and it will probably be difficult at times, but I’m looking at the long term and getting my weight at a respectable number…anyway, so far so good

Diet has been successful for me, but my wife has struggled with maintenance. Staff was professional and enjoyable to work with. Still is completely dependent on self-discipline, but the introduction of new foods and approach to meals is very helpful. Disappointed in lack of availability of certain products. Program is expensive.

This program has been life changingAt 60 ,morbidly obese, and looking at having to have two total knee replacements life was overwhelming. I couldn’t imagine how my life was going to turn for the worst.I started on the program and began to see changes immediately first in Weight Loss numbers and then how I was feeling. Skye and Jenna are the absolute best. They make everything so easy and they are always so supportive.

After my first week I felt a jump in my step. After the second week I noticed the weight loss in my face and neck. The third week my energy went off the charts. What a feeling! The people who I work with and people who I had not seen noticed the changes and were very interested in how I had transformed into another person. Lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks! 5 months later still maintaining that weight loss. A great group of staffers. They are all so supportive and helpful. I highly recommend the program. The free monthly weigh in’s have really helpful for accountability. Progress update: it is now 3 years later (12/5/25) and I am still at my goal weight! The main reason for my long term success has been the free monthly weigh ins and included consultations. I am never hungry and am allowed to “splurge.” I did give up alcohol which has made the maintenance phase much easier. You are allowed alcohol on the plan but moderation is the key. Very helpful and encouraging staff. They focus on making sure you are paying attention to the best way the plan can work for you. This is not a plan you can do (nor any other in my opinion) if you are not bought in 100%. The plan focus on getting your metabolism working for you and bad habits will derail you no matter what you think you can do to “tweak” it here or there. First week you lose a lot but it evens out or even comes back a little after that. But, if all in, this plan will definitely help you to a weight loss goal. Lost 40# first go around and jumped back in because I fell back into bad habits.

They say nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Although I wouldn’t describe myself as skinny, I am well within my healthy ranges and feel good about myself and physically. I have learned about moderating my volume consumption and experienced new foods and flavors because I prepare more of my food. It is also a lot less expensive than eating out all the time. Thank you to Joe and his Quincy team. The journey is worth it.

I really enjoy my weekly visit to Awaken 180 Peabody MA. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure all you questions and needs are taken care of.The facility is clean and comfortable.
